The Research Of Zi Qian Capsule Affects On The Immune Function Of Mice Model With ITP

The project adopts the method of injected guinea pig with antiplatelet serum (APS) of mouse. We produce the BALB/C mouse model of ITP and choose the Zi Qian capsule to expriment on mouse model, we discuss the pathogeny of ITP and the target spot acted by Zi Qian capsule, through observation of mouse model including the changes of general states, peripheral hemogram, platelet-associated IgG(PAIg) and bone marrow megalocaryocyte, and the comparision between positive control group and blank model group. The results shows: (1) After being produced mouse model, it appears platelet decreasing, PAIg increasing. It is obviously different between the control group and the blank model group (P<0.05), and it is proved that the mouse model is successful. (2) The Zi Qian capsule can decrease the leukocyte count of mouse model , increase the peripheral red-cell count and platelet, and decrease PAIg. It is obviously different from the control group (P<0.05). (3) Zi Qian capsule can decrease PAIg, which is obviously different from the blank model group (P<0.05). (4)After the treatment of Zi Qian capsule, the granule megalocaryocyte of mouse model obviously decreases and the megalocaryocyte of producing platelet obviously increases. It is obviously different from the control group (P<0.05). It is not obviously different from the control group which is used prednisone and elevation platelet capsule (P<0.05). (5) Comparing to blank control model, each group mice with medcine had well general states, it appears increasing of food-intake and activity, and decreasing of bleeding.
