| Objective:The aim was to observe the clinical effect of CITP treated by Xuesiyin capsule,and to discuss the effect mechanism of treatment.Methods:76 patients with CITP were divided into two groups, adopting randomized,single blinded and controlled positive drug.The 39 patients of treated group were treated with Xuesiyin capsule,and the 37 patients of control group were treated with Promote thrombocyte capsule. The changes of clinical symptom,platelet levels between the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of Xuesiyin capsule was 87.18%and that of Promote thrombocyte capsule was 75.68%.There was obvious difference between the two groups(P＜0.05).The platelet of the two groups elevated after treatment,and the effect Xuesiyin capsule was significantly superior to Promote thrombocyte capsule(P＜0.05).The effect of Xuesiyin capsule was significantly superior to Promote thrombocyte capsule on clinical symptom(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Xuesiyin capsule in raising platelet count and improving the clinical symptoms is better than Promote thrombocyte capsule.The observing suggested that Xuesiyin capsule is an effective prescription treatment of CITP.The effect mechanism of Xuesiyin capsule may be by improving the status of the immune disorder in patients with CITP, reducing their anti-platelet antibody production,inhibitting monocyte-macrophage sensitized platelets,thereby reducing platelet destruction.
