The Correlation Of Cellular Proliferation And Apoptosis Related Factors Survivin,Bcl-2,Bax With Malignant Tumors Arising From Endometriosis | Posted on:2007-11-26 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | Country:China | Candidate:N Zou | Full Text:PDF | GTID:2144360185970591 | Subject:Pathology and pathophysiology | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | Objective: From cellular proliferation and apoptosis to study the relative factors in tumorigenic mechanism of carcinoma arising for endometriosis and to suggest some indicators from distinction between benign and malignant lesions. Methods: Immunohistochemistry and the TUNEL technique were used to detect the expression of some factors related cellular proliferation and apoptosis, including PCNA ,Survivin, Bcl-2, Bax, in 30 cases malignant tumors arising from endometriosis , comparing with non-malignant areas.Results:1. The expression-rate of Survivin protein in endometriosis with malignant change was apparently higher than that of endometriosis(p<0.05).2. The expression-rate of Bcl-2 protein in endometriosis with malignant change was apparently higher than that of endometriosis(p<0.05). There was no significant difference in expression-rate of Bax protein between benign and malignant lesions.3. PI, indicated by positive reaction of PCNA, and AI , indicated by TUNEL in endometriosis with malignant change were apparently higher than those in endometriosis(p<0.05).Conclusion: In endometriosis with malignant change, the expression of...
