The Correlation Of Cellular Proliferation And Apoptosis Related Factors Survivin,Bcl-2,Bax With Malignant Tumors Arising From Endometriosis

Objective: From cellular proliferation and apoptosis to study the relative factors in tumorigenic mechanism of carcinoma arising for endometriosis and to suggest some indicators from distinction between benign and malignant lesions.Methods: Immunohistochemistry and the TUNEL technique were used to detect the expression of some factors related cellular proliferation and apoptosis, including PCNA ,Survivin, Bcl-2, Bax, in 30 cases malignant tumors arising from endometriosis , comparing with non-malignant areas.Results:1. The expression-rate of Survivin protein in endometriosis with malignant change was apparently higher than that of endometriosis(p<0.05).2. The expression-rate of Bcl-2 protein in endometriosis with malignant change was apparently higher than that of endometriosis(p<0.05). There was no significant difference in expression-rate of Bax protein between benign and malignant lesions.3.
