Variation Of The Expression Of Bcl-2,fas And Survivin And Its Significance In Ectopic Endometria Of Ovary Of Endometriosis

Objective To evaluate the function of Bcl-2,fas and survivin which relative to apoptosis in ectopia endometria of ovary from women with endometriosis. Methods Ectopic endometria were obtained from women undergoing laparatomy for ovarian endometriosis. All ectopic endometrium is situated to proliferative phase, minorit of which include atypia secretory phase. In total 49 women,aged 32.6+3.2 year were recruited to the present study.The sample was obtained from the people hospital of susong. which from 2005 to 2009 years.The euctopic endometria of the control group obtained from women undergoing laparotomy for myoma of uterus. All eutopic endometrium is on proliferative phase.In tolal 48 women, aged 34.7+4.5 year.The sample was obtained from the same hospital. Which from 2005 to 2009years. Immunohistochemistry method (SP) was used to detect the expression of Bcl-2,fas and survivin. Results (1) The expression of Bcl-2 of EMS is:1 case highly positively ;20 cases largely positively; 22 cases a little positively; 6 cases negative. The expression of Bcl-2 in the control si: 10 cases highly positively;16 cases largely positively; 16 cases a little positively; 6 cases negative.Bcl-2 expression in endometriosis(EMS)was higher than the control group(P<0.01).(2) The expression of Fas of EMS is: 10 cases highly positively; 10 cases largely positively; 20cases a little positively; 10 cases negative . The expression of Fas in the control si: 24 cases highly positively;14 cases largely positively; 10cases a little positively; 0 cases negative. The expression of fas in the control group was higher than the endometriosis(EMS)group(P < 0.01). (3) The expression of survivin of EMS is: 1 case highly positively; 24 cases largely positively; 8 cases a little positively; 16 cases negative . The expression of Fas in the control si: 4 cases highly positively; 34 cases largely positively; 6 cases a little positively; 4 cases negative. The expression of survivin in the control group was higher than the endometrosis (EMS) group (P<0.01). Conclusions (1) The expression of Bcl-2 had a siginifican enhancement in ectopic endometria of women with EMS,Which suggest Bcl-2 is one of the main factor of antiapoptotic in ectopic endometrium.The increase of Bcl-2 of the ectopic endometrium will contribute to EMS. (2)The expression of fas had a siginifican reduction in ectopic endometria of women with EMS, Which suggest that the apoptosis of ectopic endometrium is lower and allow planting of ectopic endometrium. which contribute to EMS.(3)The expression of survivin in ectopic eudometria of ovary is highly lower compare to the control. Which suggest that surviving can not the main anti-apoptotic factor.
