| Objective:To explore the roles of apoptosis and apoptosis associated proteins PDCD5ã€Survivin in the pathogenesis of endometriosis.Method:Detect the apoptosis of ectopic endometrium, eutopic endometrium of ovarian endometriosis and normal endometrium (taking10cases from each group) by TUNEL. The expression of PDCD5and Survivin were detected by SP method of immunohistochemistry.Results:1. Apoptosis index in ectopic endometrium, eutopic endometrium and normal endometrium was (5.59±0.91)%,(25.27±3.13)%,(52.03±9.04)%, there was statistical significance. Apoptosis index in normal proliferative stage and normal secretory stage endometrium was (35.69±7.49)%,(59.27±7.35)%, there was obvious statistical significance. Apoptosis index in eutopic proliferative and eutopic secretory stage endometrium was (24.32±1.89)%,(28.94±3.01)%, there was statistical significance. Apoptosis index ectopic proliferative stage and ectopic secretory stage endometrium was (4.83±0.89)%,(5.99±0.84)%, there was no statistical significance.2. The positive expression rate of PDCD5in ectopic endometrium, eutopic endometrium and normal endometrium was23.33%,23.33%,60.00%, there was statistical significance. The positive expression rate of PDCD5in ectopic endometrium and in eutopic endometrium was lower than that in normal endometrium, there was no statistical significance between ectopic endometrium and eutopic endometrium.3. The positive expression rate of survivin in ectopic endometrium, eutopic endometrium and normal endometrium was73.33%,50.00%,5.00%, there was statistical significance. The positive expression rate of survivin in ectopic endometrium and in eutopic endometrium was higher than that in normal endometrium, there was no statistical significance between ectopic endometrium and eutopic endometrium.4. The expression of PDCD5and Survivin in ectopic endometrium and eutopic endometrium was negative correlation (P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Apoptosis index in ectopic endometrium and eutopic endometrium was lower. This result indicates the capacity of proliferation was higher i may take part in the formation of endometriosis.There are15figures,11tables,46references. |
