Background: Cervical carcinoma is one of the cammon malignant tumors of gynecology , which takes the first place of gynecologic malignant tumors in China. In recent years, its incidence is incressing gradually, and it threats the women's healthy greatly. The invasion and transfer of tumor is a complex prothogensis of many factors working on together, but the pathogensis of cervical carcinoma is not clear . The invasion of lymphatic node in cervical carcinoma is the key to decide the patients prognosis and design its treatment measure . CD44V6 and vascular endothelial growth factor-C(VEGF-C)play an important role in the procession of invasion and tranfer of cervical carcinoma . Though they work through different link, they can accelebrate each other. Objective :To explore the connection of the expressions of cd44v6 and vegf-c proteins and the biologic behave and prognosis of cervical carcinoma, and provide some theories for early diagnosis and treatment to cervical carcinoma, through detection of the expressions of CD44V6 and VEGF-C proteins in cervical carcinoma ,cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) and normal cervical tissues.Method :Immunohistochemistry (SP) method is used to detect the expression of CD44V6 and VEGF-C proteins in 50 cases of cervical carcinoma , 15cases of CIN and 15 cases of normal cervicl tissues. Use pearson Chi-square and Fisher's Exact test to test the difference of every group.Results:1.There were positive expressions of CD44V6 and VEGF-C protiens in cervical carcinoma cases ,CIN and normal cervical tissues cases. The positive expressions of CD44V6...
