Study On Skull Slot Needling Integrated Rehabilitation Training In Hemiplegia Patients Of Cerebral Infarction In Recoverable Period

Objective: To study the treatment on recoverable period of cerebral infarction hemiplegia patients by the skull needling integrated rehabilitation training, to explore the dominal therapeutic.Methods: According to the clinical diagnostic criterion of the cerebrovascular disease. Choosing 40 hemiplegia patients of cerebral infarction on recoverable period, and then they are divided into two groups by random. Two series of patients' general condition, the degree of disease and the course was fundamental identify and insignificant,so that two series of patients had comparability. 20 cases were treated with the skull slot needling integrated rehabilitation training (Group A), another 20 cases were treated with rehabilitation training (Group B). After 20 days of treatment, Fugl-Meyer assessment, Barthel index number, the scores in clinical neural function and clinical effect assessment is usted to access the motion function, activities of daily living, nerve function and the rate of cure of two groups of patients.Results: (1) In Group B, the Fugl—Meyer assessment and Barthel index number increased extremely significantly after treatment(P<0.01), and in Group A it raised significantly, too(P<0.05). (2) The clinical observation showed that the scores in clinical neural function decreased extremely significantly after treatment in Group B(P<0.01), the scores in Group A reduced significantly, too(P<0.05), and lower than in Group B.
