Effects Of Acanthopanax Senticosus Injection On The Cerebral Ischemia In Rat

Objective:1. To study the effect of acanthopanax senticosus on the mesenchymal stem cells of SD rats cultured in vitro.2. To investigate the effects of acanthopanax senticosus on the proliferation of the neural stem cells after cerebral ischemia reperfusion in SD rats.Method:1.The cells were cultured, subcultured and purificated in vitro, the third passage of MSCs were divided into four groups (the control, AS10^-5 AS10^-4,AS10^-3) and detected cell cycle with flowcytometer and cell growth with MTT at three time points(3d,5d,7d). 2.The temporary cerebral ischemia model was established through common carotid arteries occlusion. The acanthopanax senticosus or saline were injected into rats through trail vein after operation. The behavior of the operated rats were observed and the neurologic scores 2 hours after ischemic reperfusion were assessed respectively. The slices were stained with hematoxylin and eosin and the immunohistochemical staining was performed to observe the changes of nestin protein level in ischemic region.Result:...
