Object: To investigate the influences on variation of microcirculation, bioelectricity, monoamine neurotransmitter and other biochemical indexes and the conditioning effects of electroacupuncture on Sanyinjiao of the experimental rat model of functional gastrointestinal disorder(FGID). Method: We observed the real time microcirculatory blood flow with a laser doppler blood flow monitor in the mucous membrane surface of stomach, intestine, liver and brain region and detected the electrical signal of stomach and intestine of the experimental rat model of gastrointestinal dysfunction with multitrack polygraph. We analysed the monoamine neurotransmitter and other biochemical indexes in the blood and tissues such as motilin (MTL), gastrin (GAS), endothelin(ET), dopamine (DA), sereotonin (5-HT), adrenaline (AD) and norepinephrine (NE). Results: The appetite and the body weight of each group was increased obviously after electroacupuncture on Sanyinjiao in the normal and functional gastrointestinal disorder (FGID) rats. The stomach and the brain microcirculatory blood flow, the stomach electricity scope, the blood plasma ET level, the intestine MTL level was deceased after electroacupuncture in the normal rats group two; the liver microcirculatory blood flow was deceased in group one; the intestine electricity scope and frequency, the blood serum, the intestine and the hypothalamus GAS level was inceased in the various acupuncture group; the stomach MTL and GAS level, the hypothalamic AD level was inceased in group one; the hypothalamus MTL level was inceased in group two. The stomach electricity frequency and scope, the blood plasma AD level, the intestine electricity scope was deceased in the FGID rats group one and two; the stomach and the intestine microcirculatory blood flow, the blood plasma, stomach and hypothalamus MTL level, the hypothalamus AD level was deceased in group one; the liver and the brain microcirculatory blood flow, the intestine MTL level, the blood serum, intestine and hypothalamus GAS level, the blood serum AD level was inceased in group one; the stomach and the intestine microcirculatory blood flow, the blood serum 5-HT level was deceased in group two. Conclusion: Microcirculation, bioelectricity, monoamine neurotransmitter and other biochemical indexes of the experimental rat model of functional gastrointestinal disorder are effectively regulated by electroacupuncture on Sanyinjiao. It also has the specificity to various internal organs function, simultaneously demonstrated the time specificity of the acupuncture, and supported the research of discipline of relationship between acupuncture points and viscera with plenty related data information.
