Clinical Study Of Jian Pi Hua Shi Qu Yu Decoction With Chemotherapy Of Capiri In The Treatment Of Patients With Advanced Colorectal Tumor

Object: To observe the clinic effect of Jian Pi Hua Shi Qu Yu decoction in treatment ofadvanced colorectal tumor.Method: 30 cases of advanced colorectal tumor were all retreatment and randomlydivided into two groups, 15 cases of treat group were treated with Jian Pi Hua Shi Qu Yudecoction(one dose a day for two months)and chemotherapy with Caplri scheme(CPT-1160mg/m~2 on days 1,8and 15 were administered by intravenous infusion;Xeloda 1000mg/m~2were taken orally for 14 days);another 15 cases of control group were treated withchemotherapy with the same scheme only. Compare the two groups in local tumor size,clinical symptom amelioration, the level of serum CEA, degree of side effects caused bychemotherapy and physical strength, and count out the difference in the upper aspectsbetween the two groups.Result:The treat group has significantly better effect on improving symptoms andcommon conditions compared with thecontrol group(P〈0.05).The treatl group displayedmore effecive in alleviating the side effects,such as abdominal pain, retching, vomitting.Butthe two group have no notable difference in objective curative effect and the reducing of theCEA value(P〉0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of advanced colorectal tumor, Jian Pi Hua Shi Qu Yudecoction proved it's function in enhancing the effect of chemotherapy, relieving the toxicand side effects caused by chemotherapy, improving the immune function,stabling thetumor, ameliorating living quantity and prolonging the life span.
