Fu Zheng San Jie Decoction Combined With FOLFOX₄ Treat Gastric Carcinoma Post-Operation

In the observation, based on the theory of TCM and combination of traditional Chinese with clinical practice, my thesis is probing the theory basis, clinical compatible application of drugs and mechanism of gastric carcinoma after operation in aspects of asthenia of healthy energy, tanning, and blood stasis. They were discussed from both theoretical and clinical aspects.By summarizing and analyzing ancient documents, combining together with contemporary research achievements, the theoretical part analyzed the etiopathogenisis and pathogenesis of gastric carcinoma post-operation, and put forward that sthenia of healthy energy, tanning, and blood stasis were the main etiopathogenisis and pathogenesis of gastric carcinoma post-operation, so strengthening body resistance and removing stasis are major therapeutic methods of it.The clinical part based on the TCM theories of treatment accommodated chemotherapeutics to treat the disease. The control subjects were patients receive simply chemotherapeutics. The results show that there are significant deviations between the two groups in the aspect of eliminating symptoms, elevating quality of life and decreasing side effects of chemotherapeutics. The study proved the rationality of the treatments of strengthening body resistance and removing stasis. The clinical observation of the decoction provides more effective methods to treat gastric carcinoma post-operation and bases for manufacturing anti- carcinoma Chinese materia medica preparation.
