Objective:To study the clinical dffect and the difference of the dxpression level of serun NF-κB of pations with CAA before and after treatment in the form of control mechanism of signal laransduction,reveal the pathogenesis of CAA and effect mechanism of Busui Shengxue Granule(BSSXG)on CAA.Method:The clinical trial was performed in table of random digits.Sixty patients who were taken into account were divided into experiment group and control group.Thirty patients in experiment group were treated with BSSXG,and the other thirty patients incontrol group were treated with AABET(Aplastic Anemia Blood engendering Tablet).Three months was described as one period of treatment.After two periods,clinical effect was observed ang the change of hemogram,myelogram were analyze.Also,this expreiment employed Weston Blot method to exam the change of expression level of serum NF-κB before and after treatment.Resuct:1.The total effective rate of BSSXG and AABET were 73.3%and 53.3%.(P<0.05).The curative effect in Yang deficiency type was superior to that in Yin deficiency type(P<0.05),and the total effective rate are 88.2 %and 46.2%respectively.2.The expression of NF-κB in the MSC(marrow stroma cell)of CAA patients was lower than that in normal group(P<0.05)and increased after treatment.Moreover,the incresed in experiment group was superror to that in control group(P<0.05),and the incresed in Yin deficiency group was superior to that in Yang deficiency group(P<0.05).After treatment there was no significant difference in NF-κB expression level between experriment group and control group.Conelusion:1.The effect of BSSXG group was superior to that of AABET group,In BSSXG group,its curative effect was superior in Yang deficiency type to that in Yin deficiency type;2.This experiment testified the phenomenon of "Yin deficiency is easy to cure,but Yang deciency is difficult to treat";3.The expression of NF-κB in the MSC of CAA patients was lower than that in normal group and improved after treatment;4.Maby it is one of the mechanisms of curative effect of BSSXG to treeat CAA,which through accommundate the expression of NF-κB to improve the action of haemalogenesis of bone marrow;5.BSSXG is an effective drug to prevention and cure CAA,which is worthy of further study and development.
