Objective: To discussed the clinical effect of Busui Shengxue granule (BSSXG) in treating chronic aplastic anemia (CAA) and observed the different in expression level of ERK1 in CAA patients before and after treatment. Approach the mechanism of Busui Shengxue granule (BSSXG), to supply the based on clinical and experiment of supplement kedney herbs on CAA.Method: 60 CAA patients were divided into experiment group and control group randomly in which 30 patients in the experiment group while 30 in another. The protein expression ERK1 in serum of cultured bone marrow stromal cells was measured by Western blot.Result: 1.The effect of Busuishengxue granule was superior to that of Zaizhangshengxue tablet (p<0.05), In experimental group, the curative effect of Yang deficiency type was superior to that of Yin deficiency type (p<0.05) . 2. The expression level of ERK1 in CAA patients were lower than in the controlled group, Busui Shengxue granule can adjustment that level in different degree.Conclusion : 1.The effect of Busuishengxue granule to CAA was superior to that of Zaizhangshengxue tablet.Our experiments further testified the theory " Yin deficiency is easy to treat, but Yang deficiency is difficult to treat". 2. The abnomal expression of ERK1 of BMSC maybe affect the bone marrow haematopoiesis.3. Cue that Busuishengxue granule regulate signal transduction pathway through to ERK1 mediated , inhibit the apoptosis of BMSC, to regulate the haematopoiesis of marrow , encourage the generation and the differentiation of BMSC.
