ObjectiveIn Australia through its role of Shao’s Method of Wu Zhen system,standardizethe treatment of asthma in patients with seizure of clinical research,verify the validityof this law in the treatment of wheezing disorders in different countries andsecurity.For the clinical treatment of wheezing disorders offers more efficient,safeand green non-toxic side effects and to promote at the international level.MethodsIn this study,single blind randomized controlled clinical study on the methodand will meet the inclusion criteria of60patients with acute attack of wheezing wererandomly divided into test group and control group.The pilot group (30cases) theShao’s Method of Wu Zhen treatment control group (30cases),with conventionalacupuncture treatment. Both groups were treated once a day for the first7days,onceevery other day,15times for a course. Respectively, on the15th day,1month afterthe end treatment with anti-1times.Observed two groups of patients before and aftertreatment of clinical symptoms and signs of integrals,and comparative evaluation ofShao’s Method of Wu Zhen episode of wheezing clinical efficacy.Results1.Contrasts in30cases,clinical cure in17cases,having12cases, effective1,invalid0cases,total effective rate100%;30patients in the control group,clinicalcontrol of6cases,having16cases,6cases,invalid2cases,the total effective rate93.3%. Comparison of the two groups had significant differences (P<0.05).2.Two groups of patients after treatment of six symptoms and signs (breathing,cough, expectoration,sound-chest and diaphragm tightness, wheezing,shortnessof)points compare to before treatment,have significant difference (P<0.01),compared with significant differences between the Group (P<0.01),contrasts thanimproving the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with control group.3.Comparison of two sets of individual symptoms or signs before and aftertreatment itself, have a significant difference (P<0.01),by treating individual symptoms and signs of two groups of patients has significantly improved; comparedwith significant differences between the Group (P<0.05),contrasts than improvingthe individual symptoms and signs of patients with control group.4.Comparison of efficacy and safety, both groups without medial eventoccurred, with high level of clinical safety and efficacy.Conclusion1.Australia use Shao’s Method of Wu Zhen on Acute Exacerbation of Xiao Binghas very good efficacy, total efficiency superior to conventional acupuncturetreatment.2.Shao’s Method of Wu Zhen could significantly improve asthma exacerbation inpatients with clinical symptoms, signs, and are superior to conventional therapeuticeffect of acupuncture treatment.3.In the clinical research process, no adverse events have been found.That Shao’sMethod of Wu Zhen on asthma exacerbation is a safe,effective,non-toxic side effectsof green therapy.4.In this study, Australia using Shao’s Method of Wu Zhen on AcuteExacerbation of Xiao Bing, then evaluation on its efficacy, confirms this law indifferent countries, different regions, different treatment of wheezing disorders in thecrowd of efficacy, safety, and for international promotion.
