Xiaozheng Drink The Impact Of Endometriosis In Patients With T Lymphocytes And Nk Cells

Objective: To test the peripheral blood CD3cell, CD4cell, CD8cell, CD4/CD8 and NK cell level of the endometriosis(EMT) patients and observe how does Xiao-zhen-yin affect the endometriosis patients' immune function in the hope of investigating the effect mechanism of Xiao-zhen-yin from the viewpoint of immunity.Methods: to collect 30 EMT patients excluding the disease would affect the result such as cancer and infection etc in accord to the new Chinese medicine principle.Use the closed sequential test to observe the alteration of the peripheral blood CD3cell, CD4cell, CD8cell, CD4/CD8 and NK cell level of the EMT patients with immunofluorescence around 3months' Xiao-zhen-yin treatment.Results: of 30 patients,totally recover 8,significantly recover 10,recover 8,no effect 4, totle efficiency86 .67%,be familiar with the aforetime report.The average CD3 level of patients increase from 57 .39 ± 4.97 to 59.67 ± 4.03(P>0.05); average CD4 level increase from 38.76 ± 6.78 to 43.59 ±4.12 (P<0.05); average CD8 level decline from33.97 ± 6.13 to 32.95 ± 5.01 (P>0.05); CD4/CD8 increase from1.14 ± 0.24 to 1.32 ± 0.19(P<0.05); average NK level increase from 3.85 ± 3.08 to 5.39 ±2.94 (P<0.05) .Conclusion: the effect mechanism of Xiao-zhen-yin in the principle of Bu-shen-shu-gan and Qu-tan-zhu-yu:improve patients'immunity function by increase the CD4, NK and CD4/CD8 level after treatment.shrink the focus,relieve the symptom,and prevent from the formation of new focus.
