Objectives To form a scientific, comparative and simple index System of assessment inHospital senior manager in positions overall quality. To explore the statistic methods toanalyze the stability and advisability of index system and to Provide reference for similarstudy.Methods Delphi method was applied to form the sketch of index system .Reliability,validity, Positive coefficient, Kendall coefficient and authoritative coefficient wereadopted to test the credibility of this study. Experts score method and critical value methodwere used to screen indexes. Rank sum ratio method (RSR) and distribution according toproportion method were used to set the Index weights. Rank sum ratio method was usedfor comprehensive evaluation.Results Construction of a scientific and practical elements Index System of Hospitalsenior manager's performance evaluation in positions overall quality , there are 4 ClassⅠindicators including cultural affinity targets, indicators, targets and performanceindicators in the index system ,and including Compliance the rules, Analysis anddecision-making ability, efficiency, etc. 36Ⅱindicators, and each of the indicators wasgiven a scientific weight. Cronbach'sαcoefficient of two questionnaires were 0.9129and 0.8442, and the Cronbach'sαof eachⅡindicators were 0.8539,0.8848,0.7126 and0.8170.Positive coefficient of two expert consultation were 97.92% and 96.87%.12indexes were excised, names of 3 indexes were changed after the expert consultation.Practicality, stability and rationality of new index system were good.Conclusions The index system of Hospital senior manager's performance evaluation inpositions overall quality is set up structured and the number of indicators moderate,defined, comprehensive refining, indicators weight reasonably stable. The index systemcan reflect the Competency comprehensive quality of senior managers, it also can beevaluated and supervised objectively and fairly for them.
