The Clinical Observation Of Yinchenhaotang On Treating Chronic Hepatitis B (Hot And Humid Stagnation Syndrome)

Objective:To Observe the effects of treating Chronic Hepatitis B(heat Stagnation Syndrome) with Yinchenhao decoction,and explore a new way of treating Chronic Hepatitis B.Methods:To Select 60 cases of meeting inclusion criteria of chronic hepatitis B(heat Stagnation Syndrome) in Hong-Ren Chinese Medicine Clinics in Taiwan in October 2007 - December 2008.They were randomly divided into two groups,and each group was 30 cases.The treatment group used Yinchenhao Decoction,the control group was given hepatitis B tablets Changle.12 weeks for a course of treatment,continuous 4 courses.Before therapy,after 12 weeks,24 weeks,36weeks,48weeks,according to the treatment efficacy of disease,syndrome effects and clinical symptoms improved,two groups were given statistical analysis and evaluated the effectiveness of the medication.Results:Two groups in terms of gender,age and pre-treatment condition, course of disease,clinical symptom score,liver function,viral markers compared were not significantly different.Yinchenhao Decoction treatment group and control group B Changle films had treated chronic hepatitis B(heat Stagnation Syndrome) after four courses,two groups of patients were both improved the clinical symptoms and liver function.The same two groups of clinical improvement in symptoms compared group were significantly different (P＜0.05),but inter-group comparison no significant difference(P＞0.05).Two sets of indicators of liver function changes in the comparison group were significantly different(P＜0.05),but inter-group comparison no significant difference(P＞0.05).Indicators of pathogenic changes in the two groups compared by statistical analysis,there was no significant difference (p＞0.05).The total efficiency of the two groups of comparison,the efficiency of the treatment group was 90%,80%of the control group,with statistical analysis,two groups have significant difference(P＜0.05),which prompted the treatment group was better effective than the control group. Comparing efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms of the two groups, treatment group was 96.7%,93.3%for the control group,with statistical analysis,two groups have significant difference(P＜0.05),which prompted the treatment group was better effective than the control group.Conclusion:Yinchenhao Decoction can effectively alleviate the chronic hepatitis B(heat Stagnation Syndrome) major clinical symptoms and improve liver function.The exact effect is reliable,safe and good,it is worthy of clinical application.
