Objective:By comparing the expression of Survivin,caspase-3 and VEGF in the villis of normal early pregnancy women and the first spontaneous abortion and recurrent spontaneous abortion in patients,and analyzing the interrelationship of Survivin,caspase-3 and VEGF to explore the role and relevance of Survivin, caspase-3 and VEGF in early spontaneous abortion and thus from the cellular and molecular levels to further clarify the pathogenesis of early spontaneous abortion,to provide new ideas for the clinical treatment in early spontaneous abortion.Methods:Randomly select the villous trophoblast cells from 30 samples of normal early pregnancy to induced abortion cases,30 samples of first spontaneous abortion cases and 30 samples of recurrent spontaneous abortion cases to study on.With the method of Immunohistochemical SP to examine the cell's position and expression of Survivin,caspase-3 and VEGF.Results:The expression of Survivin and VEGF on the villis in patients from the first spontaneous abortion group and recurrent spontaneous abortion group are lower than the normal pregnancy group,and caspase-3 were higher than those of normal pregnancy group.The above differences were of statistical significance(P<0.05).The expression of Survivin,VEGF,and caspase-3 on the villis had no statistical significance(P>0.05) between the first spontaneous abortion group and the recurrent spontaneous abortion group.Among the villis of the first spontaneous abortion group and the recurrent spontaneous abortion group,Survivin have a negative correlation with caspase-3,and have a positive correlation with VEGF;caspase-3 have a negative correlation with VEGF.Conclusion:The pathogenesis of early spontaneous abortion may be not only related to excessive apoptosis of trophoblast cells caused by reduced Survivin expression and increased caspase-3 expression,but also related to the lack of expression of VEGF,which leads to villous angiogenesis obstacles.The three are relevant.
