| Through Objectiving the chinese materia medica like radix astragali influence toβ-defensin-2 in rat,so as to approach the mechanism of anti-infection of chinese materia medica,for choose defensins as inductor establish the foundation of theory and experiment.[Methods]:Sixty healthy rat random were divided into six part:blank,radix astragali,sophorae,radix,scutellaria,shuang huang lian oral liquid,each group were given intragastric administration.after seventh days,according to RNA extract,we got out the RNA of womb,to operate reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) detect the expression ofβ-defensin-2.Then,to put Amplification product purified and cloned,and sequenced recombinant plasmid.[Results]:Radix astragali,radix and shuang huang lian oral liquid were higher than normal,but others were not changed clearly.recombinant plasmid sequencing result manifest,acquired clone recombinate contain rBD-2cDNA,the result display complete same as Genebank.[Conclusions]:Radix astragali,radix and shuang huang lian oral liquid can strengthen expression ofβ-defensin-2.The result tole us that we can use these Chinese materia medica to enhance organizational immunity partly,to kill effect of pathogenic microorganism.This effect maybe one anti-infectious mechanism of the traditional Chinese medicine.
