ObjectiveTo observe the patients with tumour after the treatment for them with interventional chemotherapy and the intra-arterial infusion of batroxobin, then,to appraise the efficacy and the safety of the treatment of the tumour with batroxobin in clinic, and the advantages of the treatment with the interventional chemotherapy and the intra-arterial infusion of batroxobin, accordingly,to search the new drugs and therapy for the malignant tumour.MethodsThe 40 patients with liver cancer or lung cancer treated in hospital were divided into two groups randomly, each group had 20 cases, they were the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group were treated with the interventional chemotherapy and the intra-arterial infusion of batroxobin(The batroxobin was used byⅣdrop on the second, fourth and the sixth day with 5BU/d after the treatment),the control group only with the interventional chemotherapy. The patients with lung cancer were treated by the TAI of the interventional chemotherapy, and the liver cancer by the TACE,the priming volume of batroxobin was decided by the level of the FIB in plasma of the patients. On the different time after the treatment, the patients of both groups were accepted detections of CT,color Doppler ultrasound, hepatic function and renal function, four indexes of coagulation and so on,then,to record the results and do a comparison and analysis for them by the statistical treatment. Results1.The size of the tumour was reduced in both groups after the treatment, the reducing of the experimental group was very obvious in the first month;Compared the size of the tumour, there was a significant difference between the two groups on the different time after the treatment(P<0.05) and "experimental group<control group".2.The level of the FIB in plasma was descended both the groups after the treatment, the experimental group was more obvious than the control group in the first month (P<0.05),but from the second to the twelfth month, there were no significant differences between them(P>0.05).3.The incidence of metastasis was the 5%(1/20)for half a year both the groups; The incidence of the experimental group was the 6.7%(1/15) for a year, the control group was 36.4%(4/11),both the groups compared each other:"experimental group<control group".4.The survival rate of both groups for half a year was 100%(20/20);The survival rate of the experimental group for a year was the 93.8%(15/16),the control group was84.6% (11/13),compared each other:"experimental group>control group".5.Compared the experimental group with control group, there were no more unsafe evidences found in it by our observation.Conclusion1.The level of the FIB in plasma of the patients could be descended efficaciously and quickly with the batroxobin,it was safe and efficacious for the tumour treated with batroxobin, the batroxobin could be taken as a new drug on the ancillary treatment of tumour in clinic.2.There was a obvious advantage for the interventional chemotherapy and batroxobin united together,it could make the size of the tumour and the incidence of metastasis reduced remarkably, the survival rates of patients raised, its therapeutic efficacy was more conspicuous than the interventional chemotherapy,it could be taken as a new therapeutic regimen of the tumour in clinic.
