The Relationship Between Atrial Natriuretic Peptide, Brain Natriuretic Peptide, Cyclic Guanosine Monophosphate And Atrial Fibrillation

Objective:To observe the distribution and signal transmission of natriuretic peptide hormone receptors in right atrium, right auricular, pulmonary vein, left atrium, left auricular and left ventricle during atrial fibrillation by establishing the modal of tachy-chronicity atrial pacing atrial fibrillation in canis familiaris,and then, to describe the relationship between natriuretic peptide hormone and atrial fibrillation.Method:30 healthy adult canis familiaris(1-2 years) were chosen, weight 18±0.5kg, they were divided in to normal group(10 cases), atrial fibrillation group(10 cases), and adnephrin group(10 cases). After establishing the modal of tachy-chronicity atrial pacing atrial fibrillation, collected the blood and fixed the specimen.(1) detected the concentration of ANP,BNP,cGMP in blood plasma by radioimmunoassay (2) determined the change of density of ANP, BNP,cGMP in cadiocyte by tissue homogenate.(3) observed the receptor expression of ANP,BNP in atrium and ventricle tissue by immunohistochemistry.Result:1:the level of ANP,BNP in blood plasma in atrial fibrillation group were much more than normal group, and ANP,BNP in adnephrin group(10 cases) were much more than that in atrial fibrillation group2:the level of cGMP in atrial fibrillation group and adnephrin group were lower than that in moral group, and the difference had statistical significance3:The expression of ANP receptors in cadiocyte in atrial fibrillation group and adnephrin group were less than normal,which could cause cadiocyte damage.4:BNP/ANP had new representation of recovery in the patient who suffered from atrial fibrillation as a new research direction.Conclusion: 1:the detection of ANP,BNP and cGMP in blood plasma could reflect the atrial fibrillation in the early phase, which is a safe, easy, duplicable, economical method.2:the expression of ANP receptor in cadiocyte become less when tachy atrial fibrillation happen, which could cause myocardial damage.3:the ratio of BNP/ANP represent a new research direction in clinic detection of myocardial damage...
