| With more and more endophites are found in plants , it's being a hotspot to employ new active compounds from endophites in officinal plants . It has great important academic and practical meanings to make research on the ralationship between endophites and host plants . W.e choosed Pinellia ternata as material and isolated endophites from it , making primary study on the bioactivity of endothitic fungi . Detailed content as follows:(1) Sixty-one kinds of endophites were isolated from the healthy tuber of Pinellia ternate , including thirty kinds of endothitic bacterias , tweety-six kinds of endothitic actinomycetes and five kinds of endothitic fungi .(2) We have made primary pmorphological identify on endothitic fungi . The antifungal activity of the fermentation broth and acet extracts of mycelia on five kinds of plant pathogenic fungi were assayed by means of mycelium growth rate . The result showed that the antifungal activity of the fementation broth on five kinds of plant pathogenic fungi were higher than that of the acet extracts of mycelia's . Among the five Endophytic fungi , PI-Z02 has better antifungal activity compared to the other four .(3) Budding rate of rape , radish , cabbage and lettuce wich were dealed with fermentation broth of endothitic fungi was determined . It's showed that PI-Z01 has better growth-promoting effect to rape , radish ,and cabbage , while PI-Z01 was only to rape and radish . PI-Z03 and PI-Z05 were not having distinct growth-promoting effect . Even PI-Z04 showed restrain function to budding of seeds ,three of which's budding rate were zero.(4) The IAA producing ability of fermentation broth of endothitic fungi was determined and result showed all of them can produce IAA , but big difference for each fungi .(5) The impact of fermentation broth of endothitic on growth of host plantlet was also determined in our study . The result showed that PI-Z01 and PI-Z02 had remarkable growth-promoting effect on fresh weight , height and chlorophy content .
