Objective:Acupuncture on cerebral ischemia and reperfusion in hippocampus of caspase-3 mRNA expression; of acupuncture combined antagonist after cerebral ischemia neuronal apoptosis. Methods:Focal cerebral ischemia model was examined to Acupuncture for the interventions (acupuncture combined group), and with simple acupuncture intervention (treatment group) and simple drug intervention (drug group) were compared, observed before and after treatment intervention model changes in nerve function score, while Real-Time PCR method used to detect the rat hippocampus after treatment in the intervention in the implementation of key apoptotic protease Caspase-3 in the mRNA expression changes.Results:(1) neurological score:acupuncture combined group than in the acupuncture group, drug group and model group improved more significantly neurological defects in rats (P<0.05). (2) Caspase-3 in the mRNA expression:sham-operated rats Caspase-3 in brain tissue was based on the level of expression; model group Caspase-3 was significantly higher than normal (P<0.01), showed high expression; needle acupuncture group, drug group, acupuncture combined with group and model group were significantly lower (P<0.01 or P<0.05),But still higher than sham operation group and the normal group; and acupuncture combined group than in the acupuncture group, drug group and model group decreased more significantly the expression of caspase-3 (P<0.01).Conclusion:Acupuncture can improve more significantly after ischemia-reperfusion injury of rat nerve function and reduce cerebral ischemia the expression of Caspase-3 mRNA to achieve the anti-ischemic brain injury. Description Acupuncture antagonist after cerebral ischemia neuronal apoptosis may be related to more pronounced inhibition of Caspase-3 in brain mRNA expression.
