Along with the development of our country's economy, culture, education career advancement, educators have the further understanding of the essence of education in teaching process. Education has changed from the view of learning harness traditionedand education into both the development on the knowledge, ability to learn, and emphasized the students' psychological health education. Education teaching practice tell us,the underachievers have already existed some psychological problems, it directly influences the education teaching effect and quality talents. Therefore, the study of the causes of the underachievers'psychological problems, according to their psychological problems, taking effective measures and methods, avoiding and eliminating psychological problems, have been more and more attentioned by people.Taking Nanjing Pukou Yongning Middle School, for example, the percentage of the underachievers has been growing larger and larger. This special education group brings some additional specific content to school education work, increases the difficulty.Being a teacher (10 years of experience), I have practiced some studying method, such as , literature method, interview method, the case method, the methods of questionnaire. Taking Yongning Middle School, for example, I studied the underachievers'psychological problems in the countryside junior middle school, put forward some reasonable prevention and leading tactics.
