The CPC Central Committee and State Department promulgates the<> to clear that the quality of education must be moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic, and other organic unity in every aspect of education. The school education not only grasp intellectually, but also attach importance to moral education. Noreover it should enhance physical and aesthetic education, technical education and social work practice, and mutual penetration of various aspects of education in order to make students develop coordinately and promote the students overall development and healthy growth. Party and State's decision not only pointes out the way forward of the education in China in the 21st century, but also establishes the status and role of aesthetic in the quality education. The dance education, as an integral part of education, has impact and important role in aesthetic function and in promoting the overall quality, which is worthy of our attention, research and thinking.Dance teaching is an important way to enhance the overall quality of students. This paper begins with reality, from the viewpoint of dance teaching innovation. Base on music education, psychology, theory of dance education, art education theory and other theoretical. This thesis makes students from four nursery teacher school in Shi JiaZhuang as the object of study, and uses the inner link of innovation of dance teaching and promotion of overall development as the purpose of study. It carries out empirical investigation and study of current situation of establishment of dance courses in preschool teacher dance education and comprehensive quality education in colleges via the research methods of literatures, individual interview, questionnaire, statistics and comprehensive analysis.This paper uses dance teaching innovation in Hebei normal children that to improve the overall quality of students as the starting point of the study, to carry out exploration and bold attempt. By surveying in four kindergarten schools obtaining the first-hand information, this paper will provide decision-makers some references during education reform. Through the preliminary search on this subject, it has important theoretical and practical significance in raising the standard of art teachers, in improving teaching quality, in promoting dance education teachering. More importantly, it is also of great significance to improve of the overall quality of kindergarten students, to transport for the country more qualified graduates, and to enhance their competitiveness which can make them to meet the needs of modern society.This thesis is an empirical study including three parts. The first chapter expounds on dance teaching profile, and designs a questionnaire and interview question. Though comprehensive analysis of the survey data, the paper summarizes the existing problems in dance teaching in the curriculum materials, teaching content, teaching methods, professional training, and in teachers quality.The second chapter defines the concept of comprehensive quality and its content.For the situation of modern society and human needs of the characteristics, this paper summarizes a systematic study in comprehensive quality that the modern dance teacher need, and propose the problems of the current kindergarten students in the political sense, values, cultural quality, comprehensive ability, professionalism quality, comprehensive quality, and other aspects of problems.The third section describes the internal relation between the dance teach innovation and improvement of the overall quality of students, and proposes the methods, solutions and suggestions in improving the comprehensive quality by dance teaching innovation. Dance teaching should broaden the teaching content timely, using dance to improve students' scientific and cultural quality, make study evaluation scientifically using dance to improve their mental and physical qualities, to optimize teachers, using dance to promote the professional quality of the student, and teach flexibly, using dance to improve the students' innovation ability. The author hopes to give a reference in dance teaching and in promoting the students overall quality.
