With the development of China's vocational education in higher vocational schools and the increasing attention to early childhood education,the demand of talents for preschool education professionals in higher vocational schools is also expanding.The State has issued the “Professional Standards for Kindergarten Teachers” to regulate the standards of young children's dance teachers.The quality of teaching,while the country has also improved the quality requirements for preschool teachers,so that has a good quality is the necessary quality of preschool education students in higher vocational schools,Dance course,as an important professional skill course in the five fields of art of preschool education,is a core professional course.Graduates of preschool education can not leave the use of dance course after entering the job,but the rational analysis,preschool education professional dance teaching and the need to derail In the face of the problem,kindergarten teachers trained in higher vocational schools often feel powerless.Therefore,they should improve their entry requirements,shorten the induction time for entry,and train high-quality and high-quality preschool education teachers in higher vocational schools to provide high standards for kindergartens.The level of dance teacher education is an urgent problem to be solved.It is imperative that targeted and forward-looking students develop systematic professional abilities.This paper mainly discusses the cultivation of dance teaching quality of preschool education teacher in higher vocational education from five aspects: first,through the research background of this topic,the significance of the study,And related aspects of domestic and foreign research review to carry out a preliminary introduction of the relevant background;second,from the pre-school vocational school students dance teaching quality and the status quo and problems to further analysis,The author designs the teaching quality into four dimensions as follows: professional knowledge dimension,professional ability dimension,teaching motivation dimension,physical and mental quality dimension.Through the main content of dance teaching quality,the present situation investigation and some problems in the teaching process of pre-school vocational school students in higher vocational education,the author analyzes and studies the related problems.Third,this article study on thedance teaching quality problems of current preschool education teachers,and more detailed exploration and analysis,for the following to solve the above problems and develop the corresponding policy and system to improve the foundation;fourth,On the basis of the analysis of the problems found in the above research and analysis of the existing reasons,this paper puts forward the relevant improvement countermeasures,through perfecting the curriculum,improving the teaching method,perfecting the mechanism of teachers' induction training.Strengthencampus culture construction to gradually perfect the specific problems in the process of dance teaching of preschool education students.Finally,on the basis of the analysis of the above problems,this paper systematically summarizes the dance teaching quality of pre-schooleducation students in China at the present stage,and further expounds the deficiency in the research of the thesis and the prospect of its future development.
