With the development of science and technology and the coming of the knowledge economy era, every enterprise is building the knowledge-based core competitiveness. The workers who grasp the knowledge and create wealth of knowledge have become the most important resource of enterprises, and their role is becoming increasingly prominent, and they are becoming the main factors of enterprise success. Since the concept of Humanistic Management is put forward, enterprises attach more importance to the positive role in the healthy development of human resources and more enterprises seek to develop and progress with their employees.Subjective Well-being came into being with the flourishing of Positive Psychology. Scholars in foreign countries have carried out tremendous researches on Subjective Well-being and obtain some achievements. However, Subjective Well-being is a relatively new concept and field of research in China. Scholars in our country did few researches on Subjective Well-being. Besides, the research objects are mainly senior citizens, students. Few researches have been done on knowledge workers. Though some scholars have put forward the localized definition and structure dimension of Subjective Well-being, the researches only dwell on theory and lack empirical ones. This thesis, focusing on the Subjective Well-being of knowledge workers, aims to research on the content structure of the Subjective Well-being of knowledge workers in our country and discusses the relationship between the Subjective Well-being of knowledge workers and Work-Family Conflict and finally puts forward the methods to boost the Subjective Well-being of knowledge workers by summarizing the research results of Subjective Well-being in China and applying the knowledge of human resource and organization behavior. In the thesis, the current condition of Subjective Well-being and Work-Family Conflict of knowledge is analyzed firstly. On this basis, the analysis of correlation and regression between Subjective Well-being of knowledge workers and every dimension and Work-Family Conflict and every dimension is done to explore the influence that the Work-Family Conflict exerts to Subjective Well-being.The conclusions drawn in this thesis are:firstly, Subjective Well-being of knowledge workers in China comprises five structure dimensions, including growth development, domestic contentment, mentality health, Social confidence and physical health. Secondly, differences exist in Subjective Well-being to knowledge workers with difference demographic feature variables. Thirdly, Work-Family Conflict is significant negatively related to Subjective Well-being, and the correlation coefficient is-0.324.Forth, the Work-Family Conflict and the Subjective Well-being of knowledge workers have an apparent causal relationship:the higher level Work-Family Conflict will lead to the reduction of the Subjective Well-being.The main innovative points of the thesis are as follows:firstly, the thesis investigates the level of the knowledge worker's Subjective Well-being based on literature research and questionnaire investigation, discusses the structure composing and the influencing factors of the knowledge worker's Subjective Well-being and analyzes.the related factors. Secondly, the research shows that the Work-Family Conflict is significant negatively related to the Subjective Well-being and finds that there is a very strong causality relationship between the both. Thirdly, the thesis discusses the management measures to boost the Subjective Well-being of knowledge workers to provide reference to enterprises to better grasp the psychical and behavioral features of knowledge workers and find a balance between the works and homes of knowledge workers.
