Survey Research About The Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection Of Guizhou Minorities

Guizhou’s numerous minorities people have created a rich and colorful ethnic minority culture, which has become an important part of China’s Intangible Cultural Heritage, and greatly enriched the diversity of world culture. However,Intangible Cultural Heritage of minorities in Guizhou is facing an embarrassing situation. On the one hand,the continuous development of the society shows a strong request of inheriting and protecting the minority culture, creating and enriching the content of national culture, and making a contribution to our nation and the world’s cultural diversity,On the other hand, due to the natural environment and historical factors, the ethnic minority areas in Guizhou have been in poor and backward for a long time. To some extent, it ensures the original state of intangible cultural heritage of this area. However, to pursuit a better material living condition, a large number of minority labors go out to be migrant workers, which has been causing a situation of vacant succession and protection of minority culture. The shock of western dominant culture and urbanization have destroy the ecological and cultural environments which intangible cultural heritages live on. A large number of intangible cultural heritages are being lost. In this case, in order to promote the development of economy in ethnic minority regions and the protection of the intangible cultural heritages, Guizhou areas take the government as the leading to create an ethnic cultural tourism based on intangible cultural heritage, which strives to promote the development of local economy and carry forward the ethnic minorities culture to promote the succession and healthy development of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of ethnic minorities. In this context, the thesis is based on the temporary protection situation of Guizhou minorities intangible cultural heritage and the theory of intellectual property and industrial economy. Using the research methods of questionnaire survey, field investigation, social investigation, literature comprehensive analysis and combining qualitative analysis, comparative analysis and image analysis, which combines IPR and the industrial economy of Intangible Cultural Heritages to demonstrate the feasibility of Guizhou minority areas using IP to protect ethnic minority culture, and promoting the industrialized operation of Intangible Cultural Heritages, building the industrial chain and industrial structure of which, and organic combining the protection of intangible cultural heritages and economy development to realize the sustainable development of Guizhou’s Intangible Cultural Heritage of ethnic minorities.
