Higher vocational freshmen as a special colony, understand their personality characteristics, coping styles and the relationship between the school adjustment with special important significance. The results of this study can not only help to understand more clearly vocational freshmen own existence yourself, and know the personality characteristics, so as to improve the ability to adapt to college life; On the other hand, can also provide certain education workers for psychological basis, in order to take more targeted measures to safeguard and promote vocational new school adjustment.On the basis of the domestic and foreign relevant studies, this study using cluster sampling method to shandong three vocational new colleges survey of 1,000 students, effectively questionnaire 815 copies.
