In the background of China's urbanization,rural migrant workers are a group of people who play a key role in this process.The article selects the psychological aspect,from economic,social and cultural psychological aspects of their adaption to city life,to delve into the internal mechanism of how they achieve psychological adaption,in a relatively difficult situation.Through literature collection and analysis,the three indexes of self-esteem,depression and life satisfaction were selected to construct the comprehensive index of psychological adaptation,which was used as the dependent variable of the study.Based on positive psychology and the mechanism of psychological adaptation,the three factors of hope,resilience and proactive personality were determined.The study used a questionnaire to investigate 305 rural migrant workers in cities and 208 college students,and have found that:(1)The psychological adaptation,hope,resilience and proactive personality of migrant workers are significantly related.(2)The group of rural migrant workers and college students have a significant difference in the hope,and the hope of college students group is slightly higher than the migrant workers group.There is no significant difference in proactive personality;In terms of psychological resilience,both of them are in general level,and the mental resilience of college students is significantly higher than that of migrant workers.In the psychological adjustment,the psychological adjustment level of college students is significantly higher than that of migrant workers.(3)Psychological resilience of rural migrant workers plays in part an intermediary role between hope and psychological adaptation.The mediation process is regulated by proactive personality,which means the impact of resilience on psychological adaptation is moderated intermediary effect.
