Innovative thinking is an advanced form of human thinking activity, is main body on the basis of certain theoretical knowledge and practical experience, breaking the traditional thinking habits and logical rules, through the critical thinking produce the novel and unique, social value products way of thinking. Music quality education is taught through music knowledge, making the use of music appreciation, playing musical instruments and singing, focusing on students' sentiment education. It is a kind of musical education within appreciation, entertainment, and basic knowledge in, and it is also the important part of quality education.Training the innovative thinking and practical ability has become one of the important tasks of education in China. As university is a base for personnel training, it is also the core objectives for universities and colleges.With the extensive development of quality education, Human Education is growing its importance. Music quality education is an important aspect of quality education, it can achieve a unique effect in develop and enhance students' sense of morality, cultural enrichment, innovative thinking, and so on. A large number of domestic and international education, psychology studies have repeatedly proved that music quality education plays an irreplaceable role in developing the innovative thinking. To study the music quality education and the relationship between innovative thinking is very important both in theoretical and practical ways for our higher education.At first the research introduce the background of music quality education and innovative thinking building, define the related concepts by using literature research, comparative analysis, questionnaire survey and interview survey method. Inquiring the current situation and the relationship between the comprehensive development and music quality education. Based on the questionnaire, the research can make a deep elaboration about the relationship between music quality education and the training of innovative thinking, then analysis how the music quality education can promote innovative thinking from different angles. Based on the analysis of the situation of music quality education in universities and colleges, utilize the experience of MIT, use our university as an example point out that to enhance music quality education we should clarify the value of music quality education establish teaching management system and evaluation system, strengthen the curriculum construction create a good campus culture.
