The research make an induction from the historical documents about Introduction to Art course of Fine Arts (teacher education) professional in Normal University of China, which Introduction to Art course is at the verge of Professional courses. Three decades of Chinese reform and opening up, the research for Introduction to Art course is just floating on the surface course and no substantive help for Curriculum reform. In order to fully understand the status of art survey course, I take the form of questionnaires and interviews; selected 6 of the mainland representative of Normal University conducted a survey to identify the teaching objectives, teaching content, teaching methods and teaching the shortcomings in evaluation and try to find a solution to the problem. Finally, the author under the Ministry of Education promulgated the "National College of Fine Arts (teacher education) required courses Undergraduate Teaching Guidelines for Curriculum Design·Introduction to Art" in 2009, earnestly listening to teachers and art education majors'comments and suggestions, based on the part of the course design, in order to higher Art Education in the Arts Introduction to the class of professional promotion. Curriculum focused on "the nature of art, " "The National and world art, " "art appreciation teaching" started three major topics; teaching methods adopted thematic exploration; to essay writing as the main evaluation. Through the course of study students focus on the correct way of thinking and master the research methods.
