The idea of the Silk Road Economic Belt and the maritime Silk Road of the 21st century vision and action has brought new vitality for China's economy and the world economy and also brought new challenges to Chinese training.In accordance with the current planning route of "The Belt and Road",along the 64 countries in Mandarin and official language of a total are about 60 species.Therefore,language talents especially cultivating language talents has become a important problem needed to solve under the background of "The Belt and Road".In order to promote the implementation of the"The Belt and Road" projects,domestic colleges and universities actively take responsibility to provide qualified talents for the language talents.On the one hand,colleges and universities actively cultivate the language talent of College students.On the other hand,also actively cultivate China hands from foreign.December 2008,the National Development Bank and Shandong University signe d the"National Development Bank and Shandong University cooperation organization of the Chinese language training program agreement".According to the Agreement,C-DB is responsible to provide scholarships,and Shandong University bears the Chines-e training task.and participants accepted by the project are local high level personnel from overseas countries,especially the talents of economic.This project aims to cultiva-te overseas high-level Chinese personnels who know China well and can promote int-ernational economic cooperation and exchange,and it receive the recognition and atte-ntion of the relevant departments of the government,was included in the national stud-y fund management committee unified management category within in 2010.Since th en,a strategic partnership with the government,enterprise and universities is formed,sc hools,enterprises and government,the three parties do collaborative management and c ommon innovation,making the project gradually standardized and mature,and students get employers praise when returning the country,to a certain extent as "The Belt and Road" project carrying out.In order to promote the implementation of the project,from the cross-cultural adaptation,cross-cultural adaptation strategies and student satisfaction of project of the three aspects,this paper do a investigation and interview to students of CDB in International Education Institute,Shandong University,about the cross-cultural adaptation of the overall status and individual differences,analyses the impact of the cross-cultural adaptation factors of overall situation,in order to provide beneficial reference for the cooperation between schools and enterprises overseas Chinese talents training.The full text is divided into six chapters,the contents are as follows:The first chapter is the overview of research.The review mainly includes three as-pects:the concept of cross cultural adaptation,thetheoretical construction and the stra-tegy.The second chapter are the research questions and tools,including five question aire:psychological adaptation scale,social and cultural adaptation scale,campus adapta tion scale,learning satisfaction scale and cross cultural adaptation strategy scale.The third chapter is the survey results and analysis,reaching the following conclu sions:1.In cross cultural adaptation,cross-sectional study showed that on the whole,cros s-cultural adaptation of three grades of overseas local high level talents in China are in good condition,which to the campus to adapt to the situation is best.Second is psychological adaptation,finally is to adapt to the social and cultural-individual differences,gender,study time and experience abroad differences on social and cultural adaptation and psychological adaptation is significant effect and age on campus to have a significant impact,before coming to China of Alexander's level of understanding the differences on the campus to have a significant impact.Longitudinal study showed that 1 years later,14 students in the psychological adaptation of the situation significantly improved,but in the social and cultural adaptation and campus adaptation,there has been a decline in the situation.2.In terms of satisfaction of Shandong University training programs,cross sectio-nal study show that three grades of overseas local high-level personnel of the project satisfyaction is very high,especially on offering the course satisfaction highest,in exist ing open three courses,they satisfy the course for Chinese culture most.Longitudinal st udies show that 1 years later,14 students on the training program satisfaction decrease-d.In order to get better and more scientific conclusion.The fourth chapter is the inv-estigation and interview of intercultural adaptation strategies.of three representative students The results show that local overseas high-level talents in China mainly adopt s the strategy of the integration of cross-cultural adaptation processFinally,on the basis of the conclusions,the author puts forward some suggestions from four aspects:CDB,school,teachers and students.
