This study in prisons of Fujian province as the research object, using COPA-PI makes 1,300 prisoners conducted, and interviewed serve personnel. understand serve prisoner anxiety characteristics, and present distribution of it, provide theoretical basis for prisoners'education and mental health comparatively deficient.Based on this selected part of high anxiety prisoners who are using narrative therapy or sandplay to carry out experiments intervention, this paper discusses the role of intervention methods to ease their anxiety. Through the case study with narrative therapy, and then The mechanism of its action, discusses the specific effective consulting solutions for prison psychological counseling and treatment work to provide the reference. The results of the study indicated that:⑴Age, educational level was negatively correlated with anxiety levels.⑵Anxiety level was significant difference with has different served the imprisonment, and anxiety content is also different.⑶Anxiety level was exists significant difference in different crime types of prisoners.⑷Intervention results: narrative therapy and sandplay therapy to ease the prisoners'anxiety had remarkable effect, and narrative therapy effect more.
