Several docments written on bamboo slips and silk books (B.S.) had been discovered in China since last century. It was an important that the silk books of Han Dynasty in Ma Wangdui, Hunan province in 1973. The silk books had been written in the early of Han Dynasty . The characters were between seal character and official script. In the development history of Chinese characters, it served as a link between past and future. Through the study of the phenomenon of using characters, we can find out the changing and using of Chinese characters in the period.Characters of Folk forms(F.E) were the characters used in folk. Through the stury of F.F. we can know the development history of Chinese characters form using characters. At present, scholars are studying the F.F. in the docments of inscription on a tablet ang Dunhuang. None has studied the F.F. in the docments of B.S.In the article, we used the comparative methord, the inductive methord and thedeductive methord and consulted shuo wen jie zi(《说文解字》) to make philologicalstudries of F.F. in silk books. On the base of that, we studry the following problems: One: the development of Chinese characters' pictophonticizations; Two: simplifying and multiplying of Chinese characters; Three: docments and using characters.
