Spiritual Journey Of An Intellectual Woman

When researching into the Chinese modern trend of literature thought, Ding ling's novels are no doubt one of the best representatives. With each change of the trend of literature thought, her novels whether in the content or in form, have changed. Form ShaFei's diary, "wusi" period andWeihu, Spring of 2903 in shanghai (III), "zuoyi" period to when I am in the village ofxia, In the hospital and sun shine on the sanggan river, the anti-Japanese war period, these novels not only represent the spiritual journey of one intellectual woman Ding ling who was influenced by individualism of "wusi" period, but also display the discourse characteristic of three trends of Chinese modern literature thought.This thesis will evaluate Ding ling's novels, according to three importance phases: "wusi" period; "zuoyi" period; "the anti-Japanese period ,and pointed out the inner and outer reason about her writing way, according to the trend of literature thought and personal thought.
