There were 8 experimental activities in allwith each having its specific subject. Results: The findings show (1) that the psychological health level of the first experimental group and the second experimental group is improved more remarkably than that of the control group after experiments, (2) that the psychological health level of the first experimental group and the second experimental group is elevated more remarkably before experiments than after experiments while it is not obvious in the control group and (3) that the long-term effect of experiments on the first experimental group and the second experimental group in the long run is very obvious but there is little effect on the control group. Conclusions: In sum, the group counseling as well as the individual counseling has a remarkably effect on the psychological health level of poverished collegiate students and enhancing their confidence.
