This thesis consists of three parts. In the first two chapters are theories of truth respectively analyzed from the theory of knowledge and the logic aspects. In the last chapter is the practical significance of Aristotle's theory of truth. It's about Aristotle's Conformity theory of truth in the first chapter closely based on Aristotle's theory of knowledge.lt analyzes the object of knowledge.the nature of truth and how to achieve truth. All these compose Aristotle's Conformity theory of truth in the theory of knowledge.lt affirms its merits and points out its defects.Aristotle's inevitable theory of logic truth is said in the second chapter firmly on the base of Aristotle's logic works. In this chapter it introduces the definition of logic in its originator Aristotle's opinion. Moreover,it analyzes Aristotle's system of syllogism that is based on axioms and proves that science or truth can be achieved with the logic.lt aims to affirm that the logic is another way to achieve truth. In the last chapter is about the practical significance of Aristotle's theory of truth. Although it is believed that truth can be achieved by both the theory of knowledge and the logic early in Aristotle's era, traditional philosophers continuously develop the theory of truth in the theory of knowledge all along and ignore the function of the logic in pursuing the truth. As a result, the logic truth is even being treated coldly. This chapter aims to appeal for attaching importance to the logical truth.lt is beneficial to achieve truth.
