Guangxi is located in South borderland in the motherland, lean against the large southwest, adjoins Guangdong, Hong Kong, Macao, and face to Southeast Asia,have very unique culture geographical feature of minority areas. In history, Guangxi isn't not only the national political center but also the economic key areas. Social economy, culture relatively lags behind the central plain areas and southeast coastal area. Going through the long-term development, the backward appearance of Guangxi has changed. Among a great deal of factor that bring about an advance in Guangxi, the factor of education'impetus can't be ignored. This paper regarded education as the breakthrough point at the basis of the development background of the fine arts education of university in Guangxi in recent years, regarded the current situation of those schools that have set up fine arts education profession as an example, tried to announce to the public the characteristic of fine arts education development under the surface layer phenomena, depicted the basic framework of fine arts education development of university in Guangxi, offered helpful reference for fine arts education development of minority areas in the borderland , such as Guangxi ,etc. at present. For a long time, the researches on this field were ignored. No one do much work on statistics and tidy up that was correlated with university fine arts education data and resources. Gathering, analyzing, comparing these materials and drawing the researches results were more seldom seen. In order to enable people to understand clearly the importance , feasibility and necessity of the researches of fine arts education in Guangxi, find out its'related theories and academic meaning, this paper summarize and sum up some research results in recent years, distinguish a such fact ——no matter in the content or the method, the researches of fine arts education in Guangxi have wide expansion space, which can be regarded as the platform on which fine arts education in Guangxi can grow at a steady, fast and well manner. In the situation that data materials and documents materials are extremely deficient, I try hard to visit the Guangxi Education Department and many universities in Guilin and Nanning, having got a lot of precious materials, which has laid a solid foundation for the form of the paper. During the process of educational reform, teachers , students and courses are the most keenest links that must be confronted ——At first, this paper analyzed the foundation on fine arts education development of university in Guangxi ——the current situation of the development on fine arts education of university in China. by this analysis , we can find out the realistic basis of this paper and these researches. And then, in order to start show the current situation on fine arts educational reform of university in Guangxi, this paper mainly analyzed three aspects on teachers, students and courses. By this way, some feasible methods were come up to solve the problems. It means, what this paper have done is being tried to show actually ——Show the fine arts education of university in Guangxi and build several development overall pictures of key links and some questions that was exposed in the fine arts educational development of university in Guangxi. Try hard to pay attention to the difference of the area, pay close attention to the uniqueness of the micro-aspect. In addition depended on the compassion, the contents of the researches have been extended from a point to a side——the researched contents have been extended from thingking the current situation on the development of fine arts education to further thinking this education ,but in Guangxi The first aspect is talk about the teachers'situation during the developing process of the fine arts of university in Guangxi. By using the datum and graphs, we can analyze the current situation and questions of the construction on fine arts teachers'troops in universities. The contents involved the analysis of the total number, the situation of professional title, the situation of antecedents, and the knowledge structure of the fine arts education professional teachers. As a conclusion, we can come to understand the shortcoming of the fine arts education professional teachers in the universities in Guangxi nowadays, the low level of professional title and the antecedents, and the knowledge structure inclined to fine arts painting technique, etc.It is necessary to make some suggestion to improve of the training of the professional teacher, so does this part. The second aspect is talk about the students'situation during the developing process of the fine arts of university in Guangxi. By this analysis on the students in the fine arts course plan, the students in the activity course and the students who will choose a job and obtain employment, we will know some present conditions of the students of the fine arts profession in Guangxi universities. We can see, these students'characteristic of "normal school " still needs to be strengthened further. The corporation activities should become one of the main forms in which students will actively participate in activity course. The students who have choused a job for teaching in middle school have made make contributions to the development of fine arts education in Guangxi, but the phenomenon that many students of fine arts profession have flowed away is serious, ignoring either .This is a problem that can't be ignored and is urgently to be solved . The third aspect is talk about the exploitation and usage of course resources during the developing process of the fine arts of university in Guangxi. At first, I explained the basic conception of the course and the course resources, and then analyzed the exploitative situation of the course resources in the school or outside the school. The course resources in the school contain the materials of the library and the facilities and equipments for fine arts teaching. The course resources outside the school contain the public cultural facilities and information-based fine arts course resources, etc. By this analysis, a lot of questions that have been concealed behind the phenomena appeared——the exploitative situation of course resources of fine arts education in Guangxi is unsatisfactory, and there are too few resources that average everybody occupies ,etc. Under the new situation, the fine arts education have become a subject for researches that the researchers pay more attention to gradually and have relative greater value. Regional fine arts education is a research topic with greater application value, especially in minority areas. With the fine arts education of university in Guangxi be regarded as the body for loading, seeing the phenomena and the questions of regional fine arts education of ethnic minority in perspective that is developing, no matter in theory, or in practice, is possible and essential. Combining them two will necessarily produce new academic point and be great advantageous to the expansion and the promotion of the researches. But now, this kind of exploration is still at the starting stage, which needs further theoretical discussion. The purpose of the researches in the paper is "throw the brick leads the jade". I'm looking forward to accepting the criticisms and correction that everyone will give me.
