In Korean vocabulary system, the Korean-Chinese characters account more than a half, and the Korean adjectives with Chinese characters account 3%~6% or so, which occupied a few proportion, but they are widely used in Korean language and become an organic part which can't be lack. The Korean-Chinese characters experienced great changes on their form, meaning and characteristics because of the difference of the history and culture of China and Korea. The current Korean-Chinese characters Korean have many differences than they were just introduced and become the important research object on the contrast of Chinese language and Korean language.The studying object of the thesis was on the contrast of Korean adjectives with Chinese characters and their corresponding Chinese words.The thesis consists of six sections.The first section is introduction, which stated the studying objective, meaning, range, and gave a brief introduction of the achievement of predecessors on Chinese characters and Korean-Chinese characters, and the present situation of Korean words and Chinese words by the scholarsKorean-Chinese adjectives, and analyzed the formation type and syllable type of Chinese adjectives.The third second compared the meaning of Korean-Chinese adjectives and their corresponding Chinese words which consisted of three parts: contrast of isomorphous and synonymous words; contrast of isomorphous and different meaning words, and the contrast of different meaning and synonymous words.The fourth section compared the similarities and differences of grammars of Korean-Chinese adjectives and their corresponding Chinese words which were divided into three parts: contrast of inverted words with same elements, affix contrast and overlapping contrast.The fifth section stated the distribution condition of Korean-Chinese adjectives and their corresponding Chinese words in Chinese and expounded the distribution of Korean-Chinese words both in adjective and verb in Chinese vocabulary.The sixth section is conclusion.
