It is an obvious fact that the efficiency of composition teaching in secondary schools is low. According to the present problems in composition teaching and on the basis of the needs of society and students' personality, the article researches on the teaching of oral composition in Normal Schools for Preschool Education. In my opinion, the meaning of composition teaching is not limited in written composition, and the task of composition teaching is cultivating students' oral language and written language. Speaking it out is oral composition, and writing it on the paper is written composition. Composition teaching should pay full attention to the oral composition training, and combine speaking with writing. By this way, students' ability of listening, speaking, reading and writing can be developed coordinately and their language expressive ability can be improved.Through the methods of questionnaire and composition test, the article analyses the main problems in composition teaching in Normal School for Preschool Education and clearly provides that oral composition is one of the effective reforming methods. On this basis, the article which proceeds from the language psychology, education psychology puts forward theory basis for the oral composition enforcement in normal school for preschool education. It also offers the training principles for oral composition, mainly including: the principle of regarding students as the main part of classroom teaching, which penetrates in the whole teaching process;the principle of developing thought, which is the core of composition teaching;the principle of entire promotion, which improves students' ability of listening, speaking, reading and writing and all-round development;the principle of progressive improvement, which is based on students' learning laws;the principle of professional feature, which aims to improve the students' ability of language expression and shows the teaching requirements in normal schools for Preschool Education. According to the above principles, the article points out that the oral composition teaching in children teachers' schools should also have specific operating steps and more reasonable arrangements. In addition, in order to prove the feasibility, objectivity and scientific feature of oral composition teaching, the article also analyses the results of oral composition teaching practice, including dominant results and recessive results, and it also points out the present problems and the direction of going forward.
