Parenting self-efficacy may be defined as parents' self-referent estimations of competence in the parental role or as parents' perceptions of their ability to positively influence the behavior and development of their children. Parenting self-efficacy is parents to move because of mechanism.And it is core factor that influence their bring-up way and ability to develop.The west already gradually transfor the the description relativity research to the behavior intervention studies. But our country still belongs to blank in this aspect. For this, we carry on a mental intervention study on parenting self-efficacy among junior high school students.The results are the following:â…  . Parenting self-efficacy get an obvious improvement by the mental intervention.â…¡. Generally speaking, the difference lied in perceived studying and living support efficacy,perceived self-doubt efficacy.See from different groups , perceived studying and living support efficacy and perceived self-doubt efficacy of medium grous have improved greatly. Perceived studying and living support efficacy of low groups have also obviously increased.See from parent's sex, the fathers' perceived studying and living support efficacy and mathers' perceived studying and living support efficacy,perceive self-doubt efficacy also show obvious raiseing.
