Social and public advertisements produce earlier than commercials in human's history. When people are bothered by series of problems accompanying with highly material production, public service advertisement borns ,which is different from commercials only for profits, which cares for the whole society, a tool which helps government publicize its culture, a fescue which undertakes the task for praising good and lashing evil. Meanwhile, she is also a special kind of art form which enforce her duty on every aspect of people's life. Among all kinds of public service advertisements, we can find out that humanism and artistry are the most important. On the one hand, it just likes an air building without humanism, far from its public; On the other hand, it will be boring without its artistry form. In summary, that is the perfect public service ad which combines humanism and artistry. She focuses on human for all her themes: social civilization, public service, environment protection, social rescue, corporation identity promotion ,which means great humanism directly and indirectly, the unity human and human ,human and society ,human and nature. In terms of her expression form, she gives people pleasure and much space of imagination. While she chooses tiny social media for her diffusion. In all, she shows humanism by means of colourful artistry, making the public change their behaviors and creat infinite social effects.
