A Research On Chinese Music Education Modernization Problem

The research on the modernization problem is a pop topic in our country at present. Education modernization is an important component in Chinese politics, economy, science and culture modernization, in which the music education modernization is a subsystem. With the Yangwu movement, Wuxu, Xinhai and Wusi reformation in late 19 century starting the modernization of China, music education also steps in modernization and begins to grow up in this enormous revolution. The study on the music education modernization hackles the basic venation of Chinese modern music history evolvement; comprehends the general tendency of modern music culture development to widen the research field of Chinese modern music history from a deeper level, which provides a historical reference for present music education career.This paper expatiates the Chinese music education historical development adopting methods such as history study, document analysis from the view of the track of modernization, the root of music education and the music education in schools and society. The school existing in a specific period of time, that is, from Opium War to the establishment of PRC, the developing situation of society music education and concerned music education act, curriculum, textbooks and ideology are illustrated and analyzed. The conclusions which relate to the future of music education, urgent tasks, etc, are offered to improve the present music education career.
