The study shows career plateau has increasingly become a focal issue of common concern during personal and organization. In view of this, the study attempts to use empirical research to analysis the antecedent variables of career plateau by using factor analysis, and mainly aims at understanding which factors led to a career plateau. The study is divided into three steps: the first step, the item of the collection and preparation of the questionnaire, the study uses literature and open questionnaires and so on to collect items, after discussion and assessment the quality of items, initial questionnaire consists of 20 items; The second step, initial questionnaire (which contains 10 items career plateau) is carried out, in order to analysis of quantitative items, exploratory factor analysis found that the final shape of the 15 items formal questionnaire, the questionnaire has a clear three-dimensional structure of the individual factors, organizational factors and family factors, At the same time tested reliability and validity of the career plateau questionnaire; The third step, the formal questionnaire is surveyed, the questionnaire consists of a basic information (7), antecedent variables of career plateau (15), career plateau questionnaire (10), so it has a total of 32 items. Antecedent variables of career plateau is tested for reliability and validity At the same time it is used by multiple regression to test the relative importance of factor and used One-Way ANOVA to test differences in demographic variables.Result: antecedent variables of career plateau has a clear three-dimensional structure of the individual factors, organizational factors and family factors; In organizational factors, personal factors and family factors, organizational factors on the hierarchical plateau play a major role and individual factors on the content plateau play a major role; only academic variable in individuals factor with significant differences in demographic variables in the test...
