Resolving the problem of social vulnerable group and its intergenerational diversion is the key to maintaining the social stability and the social harmonious development. An important mission of building a harmonious society at present is to Alleviate and eliminate the polarization between the rich and the poor and let the social vulnerable group share the fruits of the reform and opening to the outside world. Our Party and our government pay much attention to the problem of the social vulnerable group and the government has taken many measures to help the social vulnerable group overcome their difficulties, such as, the lowest income aim and widening the employment channel, etc., but none of the methods is very efficient. It shows that we have to do solid research and analysis on the reasons of the intergenerational diversion of the social vulnerable group, in order to find the wonder drug for the problem. For the above reason, the author went deeply into some communities in Wuhan and made a through investigation on the current living status of the social vulnerable group, including their income level, living conditions, mental status. In the meantime, the author also checked the governmental statistic documents and a large number of scholars' relevant articles. The following listed are the main reasons of the intergenerational diversion of the social vulnerable group: the imparity of education opportunity, the narrow employment channel, limited available social resources, the influence of the poverty culture, the distortion of value, the poor health condition, and the deviation of family education. The article gives a detailed analysis on the phenomenon of the intergenerational diversion of the social vulnerable group caused by the wrong family education. Some poor families can't give their children good family education due to the following reasons: ignoring family education, wrong methods of family education, poor parenthood, or all the above problems. Lack of proper family education gives some children from poor families a negative influence morally and intellectually. Among their peers, these children are the losers, which will make them remain losers in the future competition on a job market, and they will directly become the inheritors of the poor family.
