In the Eastern Han Dynasty, Ban Family was not only an aristocratic family bus also a family attaching much importance to etiquette. Many outstanding personages, like Ban Jieyu, Ban Biao, Ban Gu and Ban Chao, all belonged to this famous family.This thesis elaborate the historical environment the Bans was involved in as well as the solid educational foundation they learned from the family elders, to research the Bans' experiences and the achievements, to analyze the relationship among their national thoughts, the cultural thoughts, the history thoughts and the development of their various thoughts comprehensively. After that, the reasons about how the Bans developed the patriotic spirit and became an old and well-known family will be stated. In the forth part, elaborates Three Ban Elitist's cultural and achievement of thoughts ,the culture inheritance among Three Ban Elitists is critical to the Chinese traditional culture passing-down.The fifth part elaborates Three Elitists of Ban cultures characteristics basic spirit, the Confucianist thought is Three Elitists of Ban guiding ideologies, simultaneously they also have to other theories compatibly, pursues individual and society's harmony.
