Gong Nai was a famous writer and poet during Wan Li Period in the late of Ming Dynasty, proposed the poetry advocated of "Qi Feng". At that time, Yu Shenxing, Feng Qi and he were called "three famous poets of Shan Zuo in the early of Wan Li Period", hold very important status. However, his work and poems were lost seriously because of the war. It lead to the lacking of his life materials, and oblivious to the value of his achievement. According to the hand-written copy and other related history, biography, local chronicle, anthology, and so on, the paper put Gong Nai's family, chronology, and making-friends into the order, finished the basic research work.The Foreword is the exposition of Gong Nai's literature advocated, the work changes.Gong Nai's Family has studied his family from ancestor to grandson in details.Gong Nai's Chronology put down his whole life story year by year. It is the main part.The Appendix has collected the related material of Gong Nai, included the biography material, lost-articles and making-friends study.The Latter Recorded has written down the paper writing situation.
