| Nearly twenty years, although numbers of scholars have made remarkable achievements in TCFL, these studies are not perfect. The current sentence teaching of TCFL, one is traditional teaching model, the other is function teaching model. Although both teaching modes play a role, in teaching practice, we will find some flaws. Currently sentence teaching of TCFL, mainly from words to sentences, lack of an internal mechanism to combine the three, which brings big obstacle for students to understand the relationship between language. This makes the actual teaching effectiveness not ideal.Frame semantics theory proposed by Charles Fillmore, belongs to cognitive linguistics, emphasizing the relevance of the language, as well as the importance of human experience and understanding of in language use. At present this theory is used in natural language processing, dictionary compiled language translation. In fact, this theory can also be used in language teaching. Currently, many scholars have begun to study how to apply the this theory in teaching English vocabulary, English euphemism and English writing. But for Chinese language teaching, especially teaching Chinese as a second language rarely involved.This article tries to use the frame semantics theory to teaching sentences of TCFL. There are individual elements as well as the context of Chinese sentences where the sentence is inseparable from the composition of the sentence, so we first analyze framework, semantic structure, word element, frame elements, such as the teaching of Chinese sentences; then discuss how to built sentence frame system from words, sentences, and three levels of discourse. This teaching model consists of three steps:the previous stage, the framework stage and later stage framework.Aimed at improving the systematic teaching of a foreign language sentence, change the status of teaching currently disorganized, so that vocabulary, syntax and discourse combine in a foreign language teaching. Finally, to prove its feasibility, the paper "buy" inside the framework of the transaction domain, for example, made a Specific instructional design to show in how to apply this teaching.Finally, in order to better implement the framework for teaching foreign language sentences, we talked about the inspiration sentence framework for foreign language teaching model all aspects of teaching.
