As to analyzing what cultural information the form and structure ofChinese characters imply, from ancient times, our forefathers have donesome research and made an abundance of achievements.But the overallresearch in the analysis of Chinese Characters cultural information,especially the deep research in the applicable-theoretical problem aboutits application in teaching Chinese characters is rare.This paper first defines the connotation of Chinesecharacters'cultural information,pointing out the basis of analysis, that isthe accountability of its form and structure, reasoning and its realisticmeaning.It reflects the cultural inheritance and improves our presentdayteaching in Chinese Characters. The paper illustrates the cultural meaningthe Chinese characters themselves carry as a kind of information systemand signal system, it also clarifies whether the link between characterpattern, the meaning and the pronunciation of a word is accidental orinevitable and whether character pattern denotes meaning or marks thepronunciation of a word and what way .On the basis of our forfathers'research results, it mention the scientific principles and mentions thescientific principles and methods the analysis should obey.
